Biography

Ryan is a Solutions Architect, Full Stack Engineer, and DevOps Specialist with over a decade of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and geographic information systems (GIS). He is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of data architecture within the 1.2 Capital ecosystem, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.

Ryan’s technical expertise spans AWS, Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#.NET, Java, Python, and Node.js, as well as RESTful and GraphQL APIs, database management (DynamoDB, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment. His ability to bridge software engineering with enterprise GIS solutions makes him a key contributor to spatial data-driven applications.

He holds a Master of Earth Science from Boise State University, where he specialized in Hydrology, Data Modeling, Computer Science, Mathematics, and GIS. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Earth and Environmental Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.
