Biography

Sebastian developed the firm’s proprietary Three Stage Algorithm™ for trading high volatility assets in 2017 and has since amassed more than 37 million views relating to educational content he publishes in that field. 

Prior to founding 1.2 Capital, Sebastian built an online cryptocurrency trading school called "The Art of The Bubble", where he provided tutorials on trading mechanics as well as one-on-one consulting services for high-net-worth investors.

As CEO and CIO, he is responsible for firm vision within the ever-evolving cryptocurrency landscape, as well as portfolio execution and advancement of the Three Stage Algorithm™. 

Sebastian graduated cum laude from the University of Dallas and obtained his doctorate from Boston College.

Biography

Kenny is an accomplished global business executive and investor with twenty years of experience across the financial services, blockchain technology, consumer goods, distribution, and manufacturing industries.

Before co-founding 1.2 Capital, Kenny helped launch three successful businesses across the UK, Europe and Africa, with the most notable being a forex and equity trading academy called TradeWithAkin.

In his role as COO, Kenny runs firm infrastructure and oversees integration with all third-party technology vendors, including fund administration, custodial services, and client management systems.

 Kenny is an alumnus of both Oxford and Cambridge Universities, UK, where he completed ‘Blockchain Strategy’ and ‘Digital Disruption’ courses respectively. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Greenwich, UK and his master's degree from Kingston University, UK.

Biography

Eric brings over a decade of experience in advanced portfolio management and co-founded a Registered Investment Adviser firm in Florida.

As Chief Strategy Officer, he is responsible for analyzing algorithmic data as it pertains to firm proprietary strategies, as well as driving next-generation ideas and advancement within the firm’s vision.

Eric has five professional designations, received a Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets® from the DACFP within the New York Institute of Finance, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut.

Biography

Jordan has over a decade of experience in financial planning and CFO-level services, and he currently hosts financial literacy programs for professional sports organizations. Jordan is also a co-founder of a Registered Investment Adviser firm in Florida.

He is responsible for oversight of all firm finances, and coordinates fund suitability with all prospective and current firm clientele as it pertains to alternative investments within an overall portfolio.

Jordan is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and earned his undergraduate degree from Springfield College.

Elyse brings over a decade of strategic leadership and compliance experience in both the educational and financial services industries. Her focus is on aligning firm initiatives within the scope of cryptocurrency regulations, and ensuring that firm processes are designed to protect investors.

Prior to joining 1.2 Capital, Elyse was an Associate Professor and department chair at State University of New York (SUNY), Secretary-Treasurer of the Central Division of the American Philosophical Association, and head of web development and compliance for the online cryptocurrency trading school "The Art of The Bubble".

Her undergraduate study was at the University of Dallas and she completed both her Masters and PhD at Boston College.
